Since the founding of the illustrious 13th Division, the massive stone castle known as the Honorable Headquarters has been a prime location for Shinigami, regardless of division, to meet. The exterior of the building reflects the ancient and honorable nature of the 13th Division, as it has been constructed out of nothing but stone. The inside continues the tradition, with carved wooden tables and intricate glass cups. As this location is important to the 13th Division, it cannot go unwatched. 20 heavily armed guards are posted around the perimeter, and they will not hesitate to attack any foe. Inside the castle, there are elite guards lurking, waiting for any hidden threat to show itself.



Captain Rikhart has set the following rules:

2) No destruction in my headquarters, please.

3) General kindness is looked upon favorably.
