「一」 practice sparing center 「一」This is the place where Recruits and Shinigami looking to join the 1st can practice sparing. Posting here will help you meet the requirements if you spar well. We have an outdoor training field so you do not damage much from using Kidō.

4) Anyone in a division practice with us, follow the site RP rules.
5) No GMing will be allowed
GM means:
One hit knock outs
Controlling your partner without their permission (includes making your attack hit them)
Not letting any of your opponents blows hurt you
Instant Regeneration
Never taking any damage or losing reiatsu (Spiritual Pressure). Reiatsu is not limitless (Think about what happens in Bleach)
You have to give your opponent the chance to counter-attack your moves.
